  The experience was absolutely terrible and we will never be going back. It is a shame as the place used to wonderful and the food was very good. Don't bother going and be disappointed. It isn't how it used to be.

  Out of the two large bbq's that are available, only one tiny grill was turned on. There were no utensils to cook our meat so we had to use our knives and forks. Our raw meat came out on the plates we were meant to eat off, without sitting on greaseproof or anything.

  Some waited up to an hour for their food and at least three other tables complained and sent food back. The table next to us waited over an hour for their food.

  On Monday the 28th of Aug 2017 my electric wheelchair was almost out of power and if not for the staff (who bent over backwards to help me) I would have been left 2 kms from home with no way to call for help until Tuesday morning. I have been to Ogdens in the past and have always had an enjoyable time and the staff have always been friendly and helpful, especially with my oversize wheelchair, but this was way beyond my expectations. If you have special needs for mobility or any thing else, the staff are only too happy to assist in any way they can. I can not recommend them any higher. 11 out of 10, you would think it's impossible but go and see for your self. You wont be disappointed.

  There were about seven other tables occupied, compared to a couple of years ago when the place would be packed out. I can understand why it isn't busy anymore.

  My family and I went to the Gosnells Hotel (formerly Ogdens) and it was absolutely disgusting. Food came out burnt and had to be sent back, only to receive a replacement meal in the exactly the same condition.

  They no longer provide the salad buffet but rather you are given a jacket potato and a small side salad which you have to go to the counter and ask for once your meat is cooked.
