  I really don't know why I keep going there maybe it's the fact I thought I was getting better value than McDonald's turns out I possibly and not everytime I go there they messed up the hamburger or muffin give you the wrong size coffee or forget the sugar seems to be to have a different person at the drive-thru every 3 weeks this week I bloody Kiwi no disrespect but I thought I was tired at 5:30 in the morning she was 3/4 asleep think I might go down the road and try the Macca's breakfast from now on

  Teenagers running the shop , don't know how to cook a veggie burger , ask for cheese get no cheese ... never impressed with their service or lack there of ... maybe some adult supervision is required !

  Ordered and received a burger with a measly piece of tomato & lettuce as well as a drop of sauce. Realised it didn’t have much after biting once.

  Your standard fast food experience. Relatively clean and not too much of a wait for food.

  Today I went to Hungry Jacks in Gosnells to get an Aussie Burger and ordered it with NO Onion or Pickles as they make me feel sick. So after having to go through the drive through because there is NO wheelchair access, I checked the burger only to find both Pickles and Onion. So I went back and complained and they replaced my order but took care and wrote down my order so they got it right. But... after checking the second burger I found Onion and Pickles again. So once again I went through the drive through but this time I was done and tossed the bag to the same girl that took BOTH my orders and asked for my money back. She slammed the window closed and walked off. After a bout 5 minutes the manager came to the window and asked what was the problem with the burger. I told her and demanded my money back. She apologized and went to get the money, even though the money I payed was put into the register next to the window. 3-4 min later she gave me my money. All up I spent almost 40 min from first arriving to finally leaving WITHOUT my desired order. All in all my experience was very dissatisfying and I can't recommend this shop to anyone unless you want to get food you did NOT order. Avoid if possible.
