  UPDATE: After a house inspection we were informed that Valerie is trying to get her I.T department to remove this review. Apparently its easier to hide the truth and infringe on my freedom of speech then what it is to try and mend fences and be professional.

  Extremely poor treatment of tenants. Melissa Young the property manager went through a whole lot to give a bad reference when I was looking to move to a new house. She had given false information to my current property manager that I had not paid my rent even though this was a miscommunication which I had evidence in my emails and my personal bank statements. She circled statements in the ledger stating that I had not paid when she was the one who gave me the wrong information about the new conditions of rent payment. These are people who cannot keep personal and professional differences separate and and I am sure she would've felt good after she gave a false bad reference. Her last email to me was exactly "good luck finding a new place to live in". I was just disgusted to see this. I would never recommend these agents. If you do not want to be harassed and mentally tortured don't rent a house from them. The staff overall are generally very rude. This is not an isolated case.

  I had rented 2 properties from them and the first property manager named Jodie Wilkinson was an awesome woman but unfortunately she left LJ Hooker. In our second home I experienced the worst of the treatment from other staff members including their boss.

  the worst run company ever. Property manager Melissa Young doesnt know her job, blames tenants for manufacturing faults. Licencee Valerie Frisina abuses customers/tenants, very un-professional. Will never use them again.

  Highly recommend this company. The property manager Melissa Young was helpful, professional and honest. Very firm but I like that so I know exactly where I stand. Valerie who I think is the owner of the business seemed to have a good relationship with the property manager as we all had a bit of a laugh. Receptionist is a bit grumpy but all in all our experience has been spot on. By far the best Property Management team, gave me a go when no one else would.
