  I would let them have another go down the track as they do have some good people working for them and they were doing a great job for a long time but they need to improve their communication skills which would would have stopped us dropping them and may well have cleared up the issues we were having.

  The main reason we let them go was due to the cleaning standard slipping in the couple of months prior (dirty floors not being mopped for several weeks, vents never cleaned, dishes smelling disgusting after they had been washed and generally lacking attention to detail i.e soap scum in sinks) and getting no response to emails when issues were raised or requests were made or even to positive feedback, even when i called them i would get told that someone would be in contact or i would be directed to send an email.

  We used them for approx. 3 1/2 years up until a couple of months ago with the majority of that time having very few issues apart from the alarm not being set when they left on the odd occasion which would cost me an unnecessary 40min trip into work.
