  Brought a pond pump form the shop and started to get electric shock from the pond after 5 months due to the broken UV light seal and water was coming into the light holder. The product was under warranty, The shop owner wanted to send it to NSW for checking….the product came back with a comments “the transformer was modified by the consumer and not a warranty issue”. I have explained to them that I haven’t touched the transformer and the issues was the broken seal of the UV light. No replay after my email. Really frustrating and disappointing. Never again buy cheap products from the shop….

  Wide range of fish, food, tanks, plants, aquarium meds/add-ins and filters. Staff were so friendly, helpful and patient. Price was pretty good too. Healthy fish also! Oh yeh, they sell marine and freshwater fish. :) I saw live coral too.
