    OK customer service. They sell & fit expensive tyres. How hard can it be? What we don't mind paying for is a quality customer service - if we actually get it. However, because racist staff banter, discounting and crass comments by your staff, we will next time be going a few km's down the road to your competitors. I can only assume that 'repeat customer business' is the nature of your business...however our loyalty will now be with your competition. Rudeness & arrogance are not virtues!

    A 30 second phone call to realise that the arrogance on the other end of the phone clearly didnt want my business. Thanks for your time but I'll take my 30 strong fleet of plumbers vehicles elsewhere. Your loss mate. May i suggest you get out on the right side of bed more often.
