    Recently I had my car serviced by Prosser Toyota Gosnells and was not too happy because I found that some urgent repairs recommended were not what I had found out when I did the inspection myself after I returned from the workshop. From my feedback, an appointment was made to review my evaluation at the workshop and I was shown and explained the defects that was found on my car of which I noticed and understood. However some adjustment were made to meet manufacturer's requirement upon my request. I felt that such extra effort by Prosser Toyota staff had addressed my concerns and felt that it will be good to recommend others to service their car there. However, it will be even better if Prosser Toyota staff could show the defects to customers at the time of servicing to avoid any misunderstanding rather than for customer to feedback before addressing the concerns. I also did some checks and in my opinion, the price for the urgent repairs recommended were a little high compared to other workshops. Hope that this comment is helpful.

    New hilux when ordered, advised in stock. 5 weeks to fit rubber floor mats for delivery (wt?) Called the fleet vehicle girl more times than I care to remember and not once did she return my call (poorest customer service ever) Picked vehicle up and advised that the canopy and tray liner are 3 weeks away. It’s over 3 weeks and it took me 4 phone calls with 2 of them not returned to be given more bs story that the canopy and tub liner are still another week away. I would never recommend this dealership to purchase a new vehicle as they do not care about customer service. If you were able to give zero stars

    I recently purchased a Fortuner from Prosser. I was very well looked after and i truly believe the service was well above expectations. The salesman in James Grosser was fantastic, answering all queries and concerns, and Jason in finance was more than accommodating to get the job done, quickly and fairly. I appreciated this experience with Prosser, and il return simply because of this.

    Prosser Toyota, Gosnells has just serviced my car - everything was done professionally & to my satisfaction. It was good to have the courtesy car available.

    Car was cleaned both inside & outside, really happy. Initial booking via phone was bit tricky as I called on Sat and was told that I will get a call back to confirm the timing but did not get one. But I went to their office to book it. Able to choose the drop in timing (1030am) and they explained cost and no of hours required for servicing. Everything was done on time and professionally. Information on car cleaning, shuttle bus and loan car was displayed in the office for reference.

    Improvement: While handing over the car key after service & payment, items that require urgent attention could be explained briefly so that the owners can understand bit more on what needs to be done immediately. This may be overlooked at that time as the shuttle bus just arrived and there were 6-8 customers waiting to receive their cars and some with kids.
